  • 3 deepening flows that help you explore this powerful practice deeper and get a feel of how to combine Asanas with the breathing techniques and Bandhas
  • Breathing techniques and Bandhas in combination with Asanas in depth
  • Guidance on Yogic Diet
  • Shat Karmas 1, 2 & 3: Kunjala, Sutra & Jala Neti, Nauli Kriya

This type of yoga is new to me. I am being asked to do some movements I have done naturally, but not in an intentional/systematic way. My body loves it. I wish I could explain it better, but the movements seem so natural and what the body wants and needs. And the breathing exercises are calming, yet invigorating. The instructor is knowledgeable and understands there are beginners in his class and explains things well. I have only completed section 3 and have more to learn, and know I will do better with practice. I look forward to taking part in the rest of this course.
